Company Members
Company Members ensure that the governance of the Trust is effective and that Trustees are acting in accordance with the Trust's charitable objects. Our first company members agreed on the trust's charitable purpose.
Trustees
Trustees act as the strategic decision-making body for the trust. They ensure that children get the very best offer of education by holding leaders to account and ensuring that money is well spent.
Staff Team
Our staff team play a crucial role in ensuring that our philosophy and vision for Lilya's schools is practiced in reality. We recognise our staff members as individuals and value their unique contributions to the team.

Team Swish
The Lilya Lighthouse Education Trust was created in memory of the wonderful Lilya Coleman Jones. At the heart of our philosophy is the intention to provide an education which enables young people to develop self-awareness, well-being and happiness leading to positive health, accessible education, employment, and meaningful lives.
Our friends at Team Swish were all friends to Lilya and have successfully hosted a number of fundraising events, including our well attended Swishes (a clothes-swapping event) where money has been raised to spend on specific items or projects for the benefit of our students and staff team.
