Lucy Dadge

Lucy is a Director in the NHS in Nottingham as well as being a practicing mediator. Lucy has also
worked in the NHS in Cumbria and Northamptonshire, and in a national role in central government.
Lucy has strong connections to Nottingham and is a passionate advocate for addressing societal
inequalities that impact our most vulnerable citizens. To this end she has held non-executive roles in
further education and social housing.

Lucy believes fervently that all children deserve the best start in life, and that this requires tailored
approaches that reflect the individual needs of children and their families. Lucy is currently Chair of
the Nottingham Schools Trust and very much enjoys making connections across a range of public
services, seeing education as the key foundation for independence and growth.
