Jane Caulton-Winter

After working in senior HR leadership roles in Local Government and the Charity Sector for over 20 years, Jane is currently the Head of Environmental, Social and Governance for a company specialising in Occupational Health and Wellbeing. Since 2022, Jane has been a Trustee for a local Citizens Advice and has responsibility for leading on their fundraising campaign.

Jane has held many voluntary roles over the years, which have included Chair of the PTA at her children’s school and Welfare Officer at a local gymnastics club. Jane has always been a passionate and active fundraiser for a wide range of charities, sports groups and local good causes and enjoys the opportunities that these activities can create in bringing people and communities together.

Jane's daughter was born on the same day as Lilya and the two were in the same tutor group at school. Before she became ill, Lilya once accidentally referred to Jane as her "lightsaber" (meaning life saver) whilst blurry from pain killers and having stitches after a scooter accident. She has certainly put a lot of light into Lilya's lighthouse over the years.
