Alec's Story

Alec is an educator with 25 plus years’ experience in education as a Chief Officer, Executive Headteacher, Inspector and Director. Alec is now an Independent Consultant working with schools, local authorities, and other organisations as an improvement partner and organisational behaviour analyst.

Alec enjoys watching organisations learn and improve and is a firm believer in “all successful organisations are learning organisations”.
